There’s nothing quite like autumn at Camp Jewell — crisp air, golden leaves, and that unmistakable smell of woodsmoke drifting across the lake. Before camp settles in for winter, we gather our amazing community of alumni, families, and friends for Fall Work Weekend!

Bring your gloves, your cozy flannel, and your can-do camp spirit as we tackle projects that keep camp beautiful year-round — from stacking firewood and cleaning trails to painting, fixing fences, and tidying up cabins. It’s a weekend full of laughter, teamwork, and that unbeatable feeling of giving back to a place that gives us so much.

Cost: Free! Lodging and all meals provided

Who: Families, alumni, and volunteers of all ages (no experience required!)

Between projects, you’ll have time to enjoy fall hikes, hot cocoa by the fire, and evenings under the stars with your camp family.
