Our afternoon program features fun, exciting, educational, and recreational activities for children from the Colebrook & Norfolk areas to enjoy. Activities include art, swimming, cooking and outdoor sports, just to name a few!

Home School Programs

Homeschool classes and activities are designed to supplement a homeschool curriculum in an exciting, hands-on environment. Our goal is to both provide educational opportunities and new friendships for your child.

Summer Day Camp

Our day camp, for ages 4-14, focuses on building confidence, strong character, and positive relationships within our safe, fun, and caring environment.

Horseback Riding Lessons

Camp Jewell offers a comprehensive horseback riding lesson program in the spring and late fall for local community residents. Lessons are open and catered to children and adults ages 5 and up. Riders of all skills and abilities are welcome.

Birthday Parties

Why come to Camp Jewell just in the summer? Camp is the best place in the world to celebrate your birthday! Bring all of your friends up for a day of activities and fun that only camp can provide!

Special Local Events

Camp Jewell hosts several events for the camp and local communities, including the Halloween Harvest Festival, International Banquet and open snow tubing.

Volunteer Programs

Camp Jewell is a volunteer-led organization. Several opportunities exist to give back to our program, including volunteer work weekends, fundraising, and customized group programs.
