Menu

In today’s busy world, families seldom sit down to eat meals and talk with each other. We believe that the dining hall experience is crucial to the interaction between campers, adults and staff. Eating together among friends at camp helps meet our core mission, building positive relationships.

Central to the social aspect of dining at camp is of course, the food! Under the direction of Chef Lisa Coyne, our dining services team prepares three quality meals a day, year-round. We are very proud of our healthy, delicious and nutritious menu, a sentiment expressed by thousands of campers and guests in evaluations. We continually meet or exceed expectations for food quality.

Our two lakeside dining halls provide a pleasant atmosphere for relaxed dining. Meals are served banquet style and included are salad bars, fresh fruit, and vegetarian alternatives, as well as 24-hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate! Home made, hearty soups are served most days during the year, a definite favorite.
